What is your return policy?
All BLINQ orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA"), and we'll issue a full refund once your item is received and verified.

Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of the item.

 

How do I return a purchase to BLINQ?
Please call 1-800-905-0143 to start the return process, or email us at support@blinq.com to request your RMA. Just follow the instructions in the email, and we'll process your return once your item is received. International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

 

How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. After 30 days, if your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer.

 

How long does it take to receive my refund?
All returns are processed within 5-10 business days.
