Are your products authentic?
Yes. All of our products are sourced from major retailers and name-brand manufacturers.
What is the "List Price" of a product?
The "List Price" is the full retail price for an item in brand-new condition suggested by the manufacturer or a comparative estimate of the standard pricing across a range of other retailers.
What payment methods does BLINQ accept?
BLINQ accepts all major credit cards.
I can no longer find an item I saw here previously. When will it be back on BLINQ?
Because of our competitive pricing, expect a high sell-out risk on popular items. We can’t predict when we’ll have individual items back in stock.
Are prices on BLINQ negotiable?
We offer unbeatable discounts on high-quality inventory and we don’t negotiate prices.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
BLINQ is required to collect sales tax in states where it has economic nexus, and for those states you will see that amount calculated and added to your purchase at time of check out. In states where we are not required to collect sales tax, however you may still be responsible to that state for sales tax on your online purchases. How does BLINQ calculate sales tax?
For states where BLINQ is obligated to collect sales tax, the tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is approved or shipped. Therefore, the tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it would be for the same order shipped to your work address. You can view the sales tax for your order in your Order Confirmation email or by viewing your order history within your account. You’ll see a breakdown of charges within the order summary, including any sales tax, if applicable.
Will I see the sales tax before I purchase?
Yes, you will see an estimated sales tax charge before you complete your purchase.
Can I see a photo of the actual item I'm purchasing?
Since we add so many new items each day, we aren't able to take individual pictures for our listings. Please refer to the photos displayed on our product detail pages, which are representative of the item you will receive.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt and keep your personal and financial data safe when it is transmitted during the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. We additional shipping options with USPS and FedEx. Those costs are based on the weight of the shipment and where it is shipping to.
Does BLINQ ship internationally?
Orders placed on BLINQ can only be shipped domestically at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days from the date you placed your order, if you order before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will take an additional business day to be placed. All orders should arrive 3-10 business days after your order is placed. *During the holidays, if you place your order using standard shipping before 2pm EST on December 17, we estimate you'll receive your order by December 24. We make no guarantees with respect to Express Shipping during the Holidays. Does not include freight orders or orders shipped outside the contiguous United States. If you have questions or do not receive your order by December 24, please contact our Customer Care team.
What is the status of my order?
If you have your order number, you can see the status of your order on our Order Status Page. You can also email us to check your BLINQ order status.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is a few numbers preceded by the letters “BQ”. You can find your order number on the confirmation page at the end of your checkout process and in the confirmation emails you received after you made your purchase.
What is the difference between the grading for refurbished products?
Grade A: no damage, like new, complete and fully functional. Grade B: slight cosmetic damage, shows light signs of use, complete and fully functional. Grade C: more obvious cosmetic damage, shows signs of use, complete and fully functional.
